A £15 non-refundable consultation fee is payable when booking a hair replacement or extension consultation.

If you go ahead with the service, the £15 consultation fee is deducted from the cost of your service.

Yes. A deposit is required when hair extensions or a hair system need to be ordered for your service.

This will usually be the cost of the hair or approximately 50% upfront. The exact deposit will be discussed and agreed during your consultation before anything is ordered.

SJ requires at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

If less than 24 hours' notice is provided, a charge of 50% of the scheduled appointment applies.

Missed appointments and no-shows are charged at 100% of the scheduled services.

If you arrive 15 minutes late, SJ may need to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed properly in the remaining time.

If SJ has not heard from you 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be treated as a no-show.
